Why work with us?

Work with a company that has been around Dallas Fort Worth since 1978 and is one of the best towing companies in the area. Family-owned and operated for over 40 years with a focus on customer service and the continued success of our employees. You will see why so many tow truck drivers who work for us stay with us longer compared to the competition. We have better pay, better trucks, and more flexibility than most of the big companies. So, come talk to the oldest mom-and-pop towing companies in Dallas to see how we can help you make more money in towing.

Better Pay

Our commission pay is better than hourly pay because you are paid more for the work you do, rather than just get paid to sit and do nothing.

Example: Tow company pays $10 an hour vs 30%
Tow requires 1 hour = $150
30% pay comes out to $45.
1 Hour = $10.00 or $15.00, but still is nowhere close to $45

Contrast that with an hourly pay place that only pays $10 or $15. So if you do the math, with commission pay compared to hourly pay, you will see that our commission will pay more for what you do. Work for a company that pays its drivers more than the competition. Heavy-duty tows amount to more money, so make sure you are getting a fair commission on those as well. We take care of our drivers and put more money in their pockets for the work they do compared to our competitors.

Training Process

Once hired, we will bring you in for training, if required, for two weeks to verify that you can do all the work required before starting on your own. You will ride with another driver who will go over all company practices relating to their job responsibilities so you will know what to do when ready. Once we have verified you can perform all tasks, you will be allowed to start on your own.

Please use the form below to apply.  You can also upload a Resumé, although Resumés do not have all the information needed. So, to ensure you are considered for the job, you must fully complete the application below.

To apply in person, please stop by 4831 Gretna Street, Dallas, Texas 75207. Call 214-351-4201 if you have any questions. Also, Hiring Dispatchers with Experience Working with Incident Management Towing Companies with VSF Licenses.
